UMP Superfilter Intake System for Polaris RZR

The race proven UMP Superfilter is now available for the Polaris RZR 800 family. The Superfileter Intake System is a complete replacement for the stock system and eliminates the inherent problems with the stock system.

This is a bolt-on kit with only minor drilling and cutting required for installation. The system draws air from the stock air box, which is protected and provides the cleanest and coolest intake area on the vehicle. The system mounts to the engine not the frame, eliminating the problem of pulled off connections between the filter and the engine.

The Superfilter incorporates a unique swirl flow design inside the aluminum air box to help separate the larger dirt particles out before they can even reach the filter. This results in a much longer filter life and increased performance over longer periods.

Inlet Ports give 80% Flow Efficiency; Velocity fins remove up to 85% of the incoming dust before it reaches the filter. The system uses a Donaldson Filter paper element that removes up to 99.99% of the remaining dust in the air before going into your expensive engine & components. No oil required on the filter element, which can cause damage to engine sensors.

The aluminum air box uses an easily removable end cap for filter service.

The Superfilter system fits Polaris RZR, RZR S, and RZR 4’s. This is a must-have must-do for any RZR.
